Executive Coaching

Executive Development Program

This executive development program was created for senior executives.  During this ongoing program, we utilize a multidimensional approach of assessments, coaching, and instructor-led workshops with small and large group discussion, case studies, and skills practice. 

Professional Development Workshops

When looking for a partner to lead their professional development program, the Association of Corporate Counsel Board of Directors turned to the company who was well known as experts in developing leaders: Impact Leadership Solutions.  For three years (and counting!), ILS has designed and facilitated workshops that consistently sell out and receive such reviews as, “I can’t wait to apply these tools to my job. They will really help my team.” and “This is the best workshop I have ever attended!”

Interpersonal Effectiveness and Sales Training Program

When CBRE, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate firms, was looking to improve customer service, interpersonal skills, and retention of its multi-housing leasing specialists and maintenance professionals for its $3 billion portfolio, they turned to ILS.  This ongoing partnership has already touched over 500 managers, Directors, leasing staff, and maintenance staff, and has resulted in unprecedented employee and resident retention rates.  

Emerging Leader Program

Using our vast experience, we developed and facilitated two nine-month emerging leader programs for Comcast Cable: one for high-potential individual contributors and one for high-potential Directors.  This multi-faced program had many amazing results, such as:

  • Annual savings of $114,930 per year for implementation of one key skill learned in the program. 

  • 40% promotion rate for graduates of these programs in a market and industry with a baseline of 0.04%. 

  • Increased collaboration between business units resulting in streamlined processes, improved employee and customer satisfaction scores, and decreased error rates.

Leadership Development Program

In an effort to provide leadership development to their geographically dispersed supervisors and managers, PDC turned to their long-standing partner, Impact Leadership Solutions, to design and develop a comprehensive online program. ILS provided 14 highly-interactive modules, including Improving Interpersonal Effectiveness, Managing Generations, Leading Virtual Teams, Managing Conflict, and Time Management. These workshops were combined with instructor-led sessions to ensure relevance and immediate applicability.

Culture Change and Employee Engagement

ILS partnered with First Western Trust to build a leadership program as part of a culture change initiative. The initiative resulted in employee engagement scores increasing 29 percent to an all-time high.
