The Development Consortium
The Development Consortium connects senior OD/L&D leaders and provides an inventive micro-community where, in an informal, intimate setting, members stay on the forefront of OD/L&D, exchange ideas, share resources, discuss challenges, and support each another.
Who We Are
Inspired by the energy and passion of our fellow Learning & Development and OD professionals, The Development Consortium is a leading-edge micro-community, where, in an informal, intimate setting, Senior L&D/OD professionals share theories, challenges, and resources. The Consortium is a closed-door environment where members explore methodologies and approaches, share resources, and help each other become more effective and fulfilled in our work.
Consortium membership is limited to currently employed leaders of L&D and OD functions.
There is no fee associated with the Development Consortium.
All Consortiums are from 11:30 to 1:00 on the third Monday of the month.
Each session is limited to 15 participants.
There is no cost for these sessions.
