In Jacqueline’s 20 years of experience, she has led large international teams in the successful development of global AML programs across multiple jurisdictions and has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in complex legal and regulatory matters across the globe. Jacqueline is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Western Union Foundation and sits on the Board of Directors of both Western Union Payment Services Ireland Limited and Denver Public Schools Foundation.

President, Benefit Exchange and Technology Solutions Business, Cigna

Before joining Cigna, Patty served as the CEO of Connect for Health Colorado, leading the organization from planning through successful implementation. Patty also served as the COO of HRO, CAO of IMA, and VP at TIAA-CREF. Patty’s many awards include 25 Most Powerful Women, Colorado Top Thinker in Health, Power Book Winner, Health Care Industry, and Outstanding Woman in Business, Financial Services.
