Anna Conrad, JD
Anna has coached and trained thousands of people in over 200 countries. Her leadership programs and executive coaching consistently garner the highest ratings from her numerous clients. Anna is faculty for the State of Colorado Judicial Education Department, training all newly appointed judges on leadership and communication skills.
Anna has a featured expert on over 300 radio shows and in major publications, including Fast Company, Inc., Chicago Tribune, and Business Journals in 43 major US cities. She has been described by the Business Journals as "an articulate expert who serves as a great resource for executive business-management topics”. Anna is the author of (R)evolution: One Man’s Leadership Journey and Rise: Finding Your Executive Voice.
Anna has served on the Board of Directors for the Women's Bean Project, Project Safeguard, and the Women's Energy Network Colorado chapter. When Anna isn’t working, she and her husband are chasing their two children around the Rocky Mountains, skiing, hiking, golfing, and enjoying time with their yellow lab, Henry.
Chief Culture Officer
Henry was born on a ranch in Grand Junction, Colorado, and he spent his puppyhood running around the Rocky Mountains. Henry epitomizes the ILS culture of continuous learning and helping others realize their potential with compassion and results. When he is not working at Children’s Hospital as a therapy dog, he spends his winters on the ski slopes as a ski patrol dog. His specialty is playing catch and encouraging children and adults to learn and grow.
Executive Assistant and Chief Cat Herder
Heather is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with 20 years of experience as an administrative and executive assistant. She lives in Cincinnati with her husband and 2 rescue dogs, and when she's not working, she spends her time chasing her neurotic dogs around, reading, and burning most of the food she tries to cook.
Elizabeth Lieurance, JD, CPC, CMC
Senior Coach and Facilitator
Elizabeth (Beth) Lieurance has served as a member of Senior Leadership Teams for several Fortune 500 companies. Beth is a highly respected certified coach and mediator, consultant, business partner and legal advisor with over 25 years of experience in executive level positions in a variety of industries, including health care, government, telecommunications and law. She has the demonstrated ability to coach and consult for optimal and successful performance outcomes for her clients; possesses strong verbal and written communication skills; and a demonstrated expertise in assisting clients with talent retention/succession management, talent acquisition, and performance management decisions. She has led organizational and leadership development initiatives, including needs assessments, training, and executive/high potential coaching. She has also applied her legal education and background to assist clients with compliance concerns, as well as business and legal research.
Devon Brown, PhD
Senior Coach and Facilitator
Devon Brown is a highly regarded organizational development consultant, executive coach, thought leader and leadership development facilitator, dedicated to growing and developing individual leaders and transforming teams and organizations. With 20+ years of experience transforming people, teams and organizations, Devon focuses on helping individuals and organizations be successful by taking a systems approach to understanding both individual and organizational behaviors and leveraging those that will have the greatest impact. Additionally, Devon has worked extensively in the neuroleadership space, and uses his training and experience with neuroscience to help his coaching clients achieve their goals and organizations make brain-friendly human capital and HR decisions.
Devon holds a PhD in Organizational Communication, is a certified from the NeuroLeadership Institute, and is certified to deliver and interpret a variety of assessments, including Hogan, DiSC, EQ-i/360, and the Kirton Adaptor-Innovator tool. Devon has worked across most industries, with particular focus in oil & gas, healthcare, financial services and agriculture.
Beth Turner-Graziano, SPHR, SHRM SCP
Beth Turner-Graziano has spent the bulk of her career as a Human Resources and Business Operations Leader. Beth holds a BS in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and is both a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional through the Society of HR Management.
Deb is certified by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and the International Coach’s Federation (ICF) and many of her coaching clients boast top positions in the nation’s largest and most successful organizations. Deb also completed specialized training in Relationship and Organizational Systems Coaching through the Center for Right Relationships and is certified in MBTI and the Emotional Intelligence 2.0 individual and 360° assessments.

Wendy Edelstein, MA, PCC, CPCC
Wendy has coached more than 300 leaders and individual contributors from a wide range of industries who were undergoing career transition. In her career coaching, Wendy supports clients to find alignment between purpose, values, and strengths.
Wendy is accredited through the International Coach Federation. She holds an MA in Instructional Technologies from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in Creative Writing/English Literature from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Mandy has 20+ years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience working with fast growth tech startups to Fortune 500 companies. Mandy has managed global teams at the executive level in the US, UK, and Australia. Her passion lies in helping companies set up their HR departments from the ground up including writing policies/handbooks, developing people operation processes, implementing recruiting standards, identifying and implementing HR software/tools, and creating an inclusive culture that engages and inspires employees. Mandy enjoys networking, mentoring, and sharing experiences which led to co-founding the HR Executive Roundtable with Anna Conrad and Carey Hicks. Mandy holds a Masters of Science in Management in HR, Senior Professional in Human Resources certification, and a certificate from Yale School of Management in fostering Diversity and Inclusion.
