Anna Conrad, JD

Her leadership programs and executive coaching inspire and educate managers and executives on the behaviors, beliefs, attributes, and skills needed to be successful in today’s competitive business world. Anna’s leadership programs consistently garner the highest ratings from her numerous clients, including Western Union, Crocs, CBRE, Comcast, Children’s Hospital, CoBank, and dozens more.
Anna has been a sought-after expert on over 300 radio shows. Anna is the author of two books on executive coaching and a professor of Organizational Leadership and Strategic Human Resources at the University of Denver.

Henry
Henry was born on a ranch in Grand Junction, Colorado, and he spent his puppyhood running around the Rocky Mountains. Henry epitomizes the ILS culture of continuous learning and helping others realize their potential with compassion and results. When he is not working at Children’s Hospital as a therapy dog, Henry spends his winters on the ski slopes as a ski patrol dog. His specialty is playing catch and encouraging children and adults to learn and grow.

Heather Bokon
Heather is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with 20 years of experience as an administrative and executive assistant. She lives in Cincinnati with her husband and two rescue dogs. When she's not working, she spends her time chasing her neurotic dogs around, reading, and burning most of the food she tries to cook.

Devon Brown, PhD
Devon Brown has 20+ years of experience transforming people, teams, and organizations. Devon focuses on helping individuals and organizations succeed by taking a systems approach to understanding individual and organizational behaviors and leveraging those that will have the greatest impact.
Devon holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication, and is a certified coach from the NeuroLeadership Institute.

Kristin has over 23 years of people development experience, including leading learning strategy and execution for Fortune 50 companies. Her efforts impact business results via connected talent management and development programs, customized onboarding, people advancement strategies, team improvement, team growth planning, sales enablement initiatives, and skill and competency-based employee journey programs.

Deb Siverson
Deb Siverson is passionate about helping organizations drive results through connected and transparent conversations in the workplace. Deb has over 20 years of experience and has worked with dozens of companies, including Charter One, Wells Fargo, Bank of New York, and Oracle, and in government agencies such as the United States Forest Service, Department of Interior University, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Department of Labor, and Department of Energy.
Deb is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. She completed advanced education in organizational and relationships systems coaching (ORSC) and is certified in various assessment tools, including Emotional Intelligence (EQi), MBTI, Insights, and Human Patterns. Deb holds a BS in Business and an MSOL. Deb is the author of The Cycle of Transformation: Igniting organizational change through the leader coach.
