Anna Conrad, JD
Anna has coached and trained thousands of people in over 200 countries. Her leadership programs and executive coaching consistently garner the highest ratings from her numerous clients. Anna is faculty for the State of Colorado Judicial Education Department, training all newly appointed judges on leadership and communication skills.
Anna has a featured expert on over 300 radio shows and in major publications, including Fast Company, Inc., Chicago Tribune, and Business Journals in 43 major US cities. She has been described by the Business Journals as "an articulate expert who serves as a great resource for executive business-management topics”. Anna is the author of (R)evolution: One Man’s Leadership Journey and Rise: Finding Your Executive Voice.
When Anna isn’t working, she and her husband are chasing their two children around the Rocky Mountains, skiing, hiking, golfing, and enjoying time with their Yellow Lab, Henry.
Chief Culture Officer
Henry epitomizes the ILS culture of continuous learning and helping others realize their potential with compassion and results. When he is not working at Children’s Hospital as a therapy dog, he spends his winters on the ski slopes as a ski patrol dog. His specialty is playing catch and encouraging children and adults to learn and grow.
Elizabeth Lieurance, JD, CPC
Senior Coach and Facilitator
Beth Lieurance has served as a member of Senior Leadership Teams for several Fortune 500 companies, including Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Employee and Labor Relations of Comcast Cable. Beth also served in a leadership capacity of Global Organizational Development and Training for Nike and various health care companies. Beth’s experience as a senior executive, as well as her extensive consulting career, provided her with the opportunity to collaborate and guide hundreds of human capital and strategy decisions. Beth holds a JD from the University of Oregon School of Law and a BS Degree from the University of Nebraska.
Beth Turner-Graziano, SPHR, SHRM SCP
Beth Turner-Graziano has spent the bulk of her career as a Human Resources and Business Operations Leader. Beth holds a BS in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and is both a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional through the Society of HR Management.
Shannon Ross, PHR SHRM-CP
Shannon is a human resources professional with 25 years of, experience in providing HR strategies, processes, practices and solutions that are aligned with business needs. Proven effectiveness in relationship building and partnering to attain optimum productivity and profitability. She has worked with public, private and government sector employers, ranging from startups to mature companies, large and small. Shannon is truly passionate about people and leadership. She is committed to making a positive difference for employees, employers, and business. Shannon holds a MA in Organizational Management and a BS in Business Administration.
Deb is certified by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and the International Coach’s Federation (ICF) and many of her coaching clients boast top positions in the nation’s largest and most successful organizations. Deb also completed specialized training in Relationship and Organizational Systems Coaching through the Center for Right Relationships and is certified in MBTI and the Emotional Intelligence 2.0 individual and 360° assessments.
Deb is the author of The Cycle of Transformation: Igniting Organizational Change Through the Leader Coach.
Administrative Assistant and Cat Herder
With a degree in business administration and a master certificate in LEAN Six Sigma, Lizabeth has over 20 years of experience as an administrator and policy and programming consultant. Her work has contributed to successful project outcomes in federal health policy, international program development, and non-profit grassroots management. She’s also a keen advocate for mental health as well as women’s issues, has spoken at Congressional briefings, and has written for several publications.
